Access Realtime Translation
CART is the instant translation of the spoken word
into English text using a stenotype machine, notebook
computer and realtime software while the text appears
on a computer monitor or other display, such as a
projector screen. This method of translation has historically
been thought of as a service primarily for those who
are Deaf or hearing impaired as it allows them to
participate fully and ‘hear’ all that
is being said but has proven to be of tremendous assistance
to people attending large gatherings, conferences
and those for whom English is a second language.
Caption It has years of experience providing CART
services to various organisations ranging from Commonwealth
Government departments to not-for-profit organisations
for annual functions such as AGMs and expos and various
education seminars. No job is too small or too big
or even too far away. So, if you need a service such
as this, Be Heard: Caption It!
If you would like to know more, we encourage you
to contact
us so we can help you identify your needs.
